Cloud Engineering#
Cloud engineering is the application of engineering disciplines to the design, development, and operation of systems, applications, and services that reside on or interact with cloud computing infrastructure and platforms. It includes the process of planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining cloud-based solutions, as well as the integration of these solutions with existing systems and applications. Cloud engineers work with a variety of cloud technologies and platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based systems and applications. They also work to ensure that these solutions are optimized for performance, cost, and compliance.
